the drivers are very rude they do not bring boxes to load they bring 2 every 2 weeks and on weekends they take care of many to lower their prices they look bad they cannot handle a lot of volume I do not recommend them only small loads

I wish there was a ZERO star option. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately because the port is out of room they are using Cargomatic to store containers offsite. After numerous emails, it took us OVER A MONTH to get an appointment to pick-up our container. When I sent my driver to pick it up he waited THREE HOURS then was told that the container was buried and he would have to come back. After emailing them again they told us to check back in a week to see if it was available. This will be five weeks that they have the container in their yard! I lost a $4000 order yesterday because Cargomatic promised we could pick this container up and it was "unavailable." They take a minimum three days to answer emails after numerous follow-ups. I will be spreading the word far and wide about how bad this company is!

Cargomatic is the carrier for Irvine, CA Office Depot. They had my shipment in their custody for over a week and I was suppose to receive my shipment a week ago. I can everyday for three days and every day they tell me they will be delivering my shipment that day. Cargomatic is not a reliable shipping company and no one should do business with them. They are making Office Depot look very bad because of there business to business relationship

If I can give this company zero stars I would. Not only is the customer service terrible, but their professionalism on handling situations is the worst. I should have known better than to try and book a shipment with them yesterday05/10/18 just to get told that they couldn't get a driver out to pick up my delivery, mind you no one called me or emailed after waiting an hour to hear if this shipment is happening, as a customer you would think one would want to earn and make sure customers are happy, but I'm the one doing my due diligence, calling Cargomatic MYSELF to try to get an answer, finally got a gentleman who said he booked the shipment for me but that he couldn't get someone to pick up, I accommodated all our schedules around Cargomatic trying to get a driver to us but to no avail, finally we agreed upon having it the shipment picked up today 05/11/18 and delivered same day. But then to get a call just now saying whoever booked this shipment wasn't suppose to do it for same day and that the cost would DOUBLE! Does no one communicate with each other there and why the shipment is being picked up same day and delivered the same day due to not being able to work it out for us yesterday?! How does someone do business like this? Why bother even having a shipping service if you're just going to back your customer into a corner knowing darn well they needed this shipment to get to it's destination. Direct Solar Supply Inc is DONE.... no more Cargomatic, no more shipments with you guys, and no more recommendations. This experience is not the first time, if I had more time I'd write every detail and dates of times we've experience problems with Cargomatic in just the past year alone I would, but I have to now go and talk to MY customer and ensure they stay happy and rectify the problem on Cargomatic's shipment failure. All I can hope for is this shipping company goes bankrupt as they have had careless people working there that don't understand the needs of their customers and frankly just doesn't care. It's a shame that I had really good things to say at first when we first started shipping with you guys 3 years ago... ever since we lost our rep over a year ago, things surely have gone down hill. I really hope people read this post and don't have to go through the terrible service our business have gotten. STAY AWAY FROM CARGOMATIC EVERYONE!
