My insurance carrier SCAN, hired this company to provide adult care. 2 out of 3 workers were tardy and one was a no show for the 1st visit. Can't fault the agency just yet. Unfortunately, quality caregivers are hard to come by. The staff has been courteous when called, and follow-up with one exception. One staff member failed to document my complaint as required by company policy.

Some of the staff at the front desk are extremely rude and they don't know their job very well. Never gives people time to speak before transferring or putting on hold, then being placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Other than front desk infan say inhave had an awesome interaction with the employees, especially Susan, hope i spelled that correctly.

Disappointed with this care agency. Poor communication and reliability. Multiple cancels made at the last minute after confirmations were made throughout the week(s), as well as on day of scheduled care. Monthly evaluations are not scheduled until the day before the deadline, requiring us to cancel our obligations to accommodate them. I strongly suggest looking into another agency if you need something dependable and reliable.

This company needs to get checked. They keep saying I don’t have hours when I know I do cuz I keep count. Someone is stealing money from this company. They don’t even pay the right amount. 12 dollars per hour. All the rules from this company is not right. I’ll be considering telling my boss (the person I work for) to change agency’s. Please don’t waist your time applying at Cambrian. They really don’t help you at all. Soon they will be sued by me and other people as well.
