I bought a full AC & furnace a few years ago. I recently had a issue come up and they came out and got it all fixed up. Burgessons has great customer service, the employees represent the company in the most professional way and seem to actually enjoy their job. I have nothing but great things to say about them and I hope they keep the same attitude and service I have grown to expect from them. I will continue to do business with them, I always pay for the yearly service plan because they installed my equipment and I want to keep my system working the way it does. In the future I will purchase from them again as long as they keep the same service and retain great workers like Cage. Cage is a great example of a hard worker and he represents his company as if it were his own. 5 star on his part as well. 👍🏽

John arrived on time an went straight to work on our roof top A/C. He was vey professional and friendly which set my mind at ease. He he knows his stuff. In fixing our unit discovered that the main electrical circuit needs to be up dated. We did need to have the system charged which because we are on contracted with Burgeson’s we received discounts. Such a relief in this day and age of things costing more then before. I would recommend Burgeson’s and John anytime for A/C service and repair.

I was really impressed with the responsiveness and overall service I received when booking the appointment and from the technicians when they arrived. They were very professional and courteous and wore booties when inside the house and they let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I felt that they were honest and fair and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely use Burgeson’s again in the future and recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks for keeping me cool!

Requested a diagnostic of Lennox Pulse Unit to determine if there was a cracked heat exchanger. We received next day appointment, very grateful, and now have another appointment with a Comfort Advisor next Tuesday to determine our best options for repair/replacement. Very impressed with the service provided. The Technician, Richard was very kind, patient, and professional.

Our offices are closed at 6 pm Monday-Friday but we have an on call dispatcher that is available until 9pm daily, and on the weekends. When you call after hours you are able to speak with the answering service and they can get a message to the on call dispatcher. I hope this was helpful.
