Some people think that some people have little trucks up their sleeves, and little tricks, too. This one cashier didn't opt to be forward thinking and insisted that no one in the store was going to allow a guy who isn't wearing a suit to use a pair of scissors to cut a fancy colored sheet of their fancy paper into to four sections (6 actually). Fortunately she was able to stand on her own two feet as I walked out the door after another employee assisted me.

Always poor customer service at this Joann store!..stop by at 5:50pm to make a return and cashier did not let me enter because she said they’re close when the sign says at 6PM. I told her i just need to make a return and she still didn’t let me come in. Every time I come to this store They always give me a hard time!..

This young lady name is Holly, my experience began with a Manager by the name of Martha. I called this morning before taking that 35 minute drive to Redland had a fabric request which was placed on hold by Tina. Went to the fabric counter where Martha was helping another Customer I pulled my number and waited for my turn. I advised the Lady behind the counter I was there to pick up fabric placed on hold for me she asked the employee name I forgot the name but she told me it would be a 24hr hold. Martha never went to the hold area just peeped at a few things in a front basket and said Nope nothings there on hold. I was confused but choose a different pattern wasn't the one I wanted but didn't want to leave empty handed. So Martha began cutting my fabric and Caucasian women approach the counter and needed help So Martha stopped assisting me walked away without excusing herself or giving a valid reason for walking away to assist someone else when she was already in the middle of assisting me. When she walked away a couple of minutes went by this when Holley appeared behind the counter. I asked her her name she appeared shocked and confused so I explained my reason for asking which was if she knew about the fabric on hold she never told me her name she held her shirt up to let me read her name and then with a Condescending voice she then asked me for mines and I gave it to her without a hassle. Martha then appeared advised her she was helping me and was already cutting I advised her that I didn't really like the way I was being treated why would someone tell me they would hold the fabric and not? Martha finally went to the back where material is held and brought back the one that I requested the hold for. As a Manager make every person feel Welcome also checked before you misinform your customer please, please check before giving out bad information. Place yourself in the Customer shoes you did offer a 20% discount that I appreciate but today is Tuesday I was entitled to the Senior discount on this day. My first time shopping here at Redlands Joann not a pleasant experience.
