We must thank one of your salespeople for understanding the value of customer service! I ordered a breakfast wrap with vegetables. As I was waiting to bring my coffee home, I asked where the casing had forgotten. She explained that she was warming up in the oven without realizing she wanted it later. He apologized terribly and said he would take it out of the oven soon. But the story goes on ... Instead of giving me a hot breakfast, he offered me a fresh sandwich from the fridge and reheated it. To be honest, how many people do it? I left a hint earlier, but I thought it was very thoughtful and much more than I expected. When I visited there before, the salesman was polite by providing a small sample of nitro beer before training at the camp. In other words, they understand what good customer service is. Admiration for managers and staff.
