Yennifer and Jessy were the absolute best ! I needed help setting up my Zelle account on the Capital One app and setting up a new account. Both of them were so kind and I really appreciate that they sat down with me helping me on each step setting up an account. Yennifer and Jessy were so personable too 11/10 service! Thank you for making my first capital one cafe experience so amazing! My family and I will definitely be stopping again for all our needs :) check out their coffee and smoothie selections they are the best

Love this place go there allot great ambience and relaxing to do work while having affordable drinks and snacks especially with capital one card 50% discount. Staff baristas and bankers all are super friendly and welcoming. Capital 1 card been excellent had 10 years my favorite card also opened savings and checking all at no fees.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Tajee from Capital One! We met him while waiting in line for dinner at the spectrum and he overheard me talking about a recent experience we had with our former bank Chase. He joined in our conversation and let us know about the accounts Capital One offers and even took the time to sit down with my girlfriend and I to open up two new checking and savings accounts!! He even spent some extra time walking us through the features of the account and how to use credit wise too. We felt like we knew him for years how easy he made it. Cheers Tajee!

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are available 24/7 and fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
