The worst . Staff did not have masks on. When I asked the staff persons name she past me a note, see below, stating she doesn't have to give me her name and turned her name badge over. When I alerted the administration at the hospital I was told he doesn't have time for this. Further my mom has been in the hospital over 24 hours and has still not seen the pulmonary specialist she needs despite repeatedly being asked. She has severe COPD. I do understand that everyone is over worked but it is no excuse for inept care.

I work for a detox facility, one of my clients needed to be brought to the emergency for a super low body temperature. Not only did we wait for 2+ hours (we were told it was because they were super busy, with 3 people total in the waiting room), but when I had went to use the restroom, this is how I walked into it. It is beyond disgusting and I didn’t even feel comfortable touching anything. There was hair on the sink from someone shaving, a blanket and sheet on the floor, trash everywhere, and this is supposed to be a hospital? Next time I will gladly drive a bit farther for a better hospital

I brought my father to this hospital and was admitted twice within the 4 month period. The doctors, nurses, other health team members were competent, compassionate and very professional. The care provided to my father were excellent, doctors and nurses kept me updated of her daily progress etc. Overall, this hospital is very clean, serene atmosphere and health professional cares about the well being of patients under their watch.

Worst ER I have ever been to in my life. The doctors and nurses should be ashamed of themselves as they took an oath. I went here and all they did was take my temperature and blood pressure. They gave me a variety of things that are of concern possibly have strep throat, tonsillitis, Covid ect and then discharged me without any care or help. Not sure if it was because of the color of my skin or what but this hospital and their doctors and nurses give no care in the world. They are just there to clock in make their money and leave. No fluids no medicine literally nothing but surely hit my insurance for money. I was told I would receive a call with my testing results and with no shock no call. I called and am told they aren’t able to tell me my results. This is literally FRAUD!!! Medical board needs to re-evaluate this place and shut it down. Don’t bother being seen here they don’t care about you and won’t care for you !
