My food is always thrown together it isn't like put together. My buns are always hard. I knew some people who worked for this mc.donalds and have heard of their employees calling other employees names and degrading them while supervising staff said nothing. It is so disgusting to know people who aren't even kind or a descent human being work there. Absolutely needs new management or needs better eyes because that is so unacceptable.

Got two double cheeseburger bundles, that come with fries, and 2 drinks. McDonald's may be bad for you, but I love it. I accept that its my choice to eat there or not, and I choose to eat food I enjoy. The staff was working hard to provide fast and accurate meals, and I appreciate them feeding me what I ordered. Personal responsibility and good bad food, I'm lovin it.

I went to this McDonald’s on Friday 28 January 22. I had a large order, so I was asked to move forward and wait. The evening manager brought our food out. She gave us fresh, hot fries. Now, I know that seems small, but I think everyone can respect a hood, fresh, hot, tasty order of fresh fries. She apologized for taking so long. But I understand, as most of you should, that good employment is hard to find. Not everyone wants to work. So she apologized and I told her it’s totally ok. I expressed my gratitude for the small gesture of fresh, hot fries. I appreciate what that evening manager did for me. I will continue to visit that McDonald’s (not too much as I need to look after my girlish figure) any time I crave some hot fries.

Recently moved to Hayes and have stopped here for both breakfast & lunch times, even used their app w/curbside pick-up. It is by far the best McDonald's in the area! The staff have always been super nice and always have had a smile and a kind word - REALLY! As busy as this place is they've always been pretty darn fast. I was pretty much sworn off of fast food; generally speaking most my experience with the chain has been dismal at best (on the other side of the Coleman Bridge); this McDonald's restored my confidence in going back...which I will, be back that is - at least to this location!
