Jaede was nice, but distracted and inattentive. I understand they are busy, but I have had more pleasant experiences at other locations. I felt no urge to befriend the staff here. They do not personalize their service. Bathrooms are clean though and I do appreciate that they give free coffee grounds to help customers with composting.

The BEST Starbucks location! Shoutout to Alexis who helped me come up with my new go-to drink. I so appreciate her taking the time to help and being so kind. The staff here in general is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thanks Gloucester SB!

The staff is usually very nice and sweet, but they are very slow there! I've been going there for over 3 years now only because it's closer to my house. I usually try to go to the Kroger Starbucks in Hayes because they make my drink better there. The Gloucester starbucks never makes my Caramel macchiatio drink correctly. Always taste like it's more milk than coffee in my Caramel macchiato.

I was totally unhappy with my last purchase here. They used little ½&½, mostly milk and topped it off with hot water, NO foam. I ordered a decaf latte-breve. Don't believe it was decaf either. Not enough staff and they are horribly overworked. Will be my last time there...the worst Starbucks ANYWHERE, and I've been to lots all over the US. Sad...
