Today I mistakenly included in my return package, merchandise that I didn't have a return code for and so when I discovered my mistake about 20 minutes later, I returned to UPS to see if I could get the merchandise back otherwise I might not be able to receive a refund. I feared the worst but when I went back to UPS, Francisco, one of the customer service staff, went in the back and spent probably close to ten minutes looking for my package amongst all the others that were all labeled and ready to ship. He went out of his way to hunt down my package until he finally located it. I so appreciate the AWESOME customer service I experienced today! Thank you UPS!

Horrible slow service. You can tell Shastina is done with her job. Moving at the slowest speed possible with a line put the door. But at least they showed up to work.

I am so done with this older man that works there. He has got to be the rudest employee ever. There is never a hello, thank you or anything. Every time anyone asks a question he is very snotty. Today is the second time I came to this location and he claims the scanner isn’t working. I live right near here and it the most convenient store. WHAT HAPPENED WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE???

The store is clean as has all the packing supplies you need to get all your mailing things done, the employees are attentive and attend to customers with a sense of urgency.

Yes, our hours on Sunday are 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, please visit our website for our latest hours and more information.
It depends on the time of day that you go, in my experience. The lines can be very long sometimes with only one employee to handle them all. I think the mornings are slowest.
