This place is huge! It's so beautiful! Outside is a line of food trucks during lunch that offer different cuisine. Each has its own long line. I was lost finding the access to the gym on the second floor. I went from one end to the other and was lost. Gym can be seen from all parts of the building but the access is through only one escalator. There are too many escalators and each will take you to a certain area. For example, Greyhound access is on the other end of the gym. You have to go down, walk and up to go there. You will see the gym but won't find the access. People can't help because they're lost too. All the local buses come here. Even bus station is there. Outside during lunch, there is long line of people getting foods from at least 10 food trucks. Inside these is a circular message. On the roof, there's a garden for walk and relax.

This place is a welcome breath of fresh air among the dirty SF streets. It’s actually clean, modern, and nice - a rarity for anything outdoors in SF. Really great place to stop for a bite or a walk during your lunch hour if you work nearby.

I didn't want to like it, being Salesforce and all, but it's fantastic! Modern, new, clean and beautiful. The park upstairs is amazing, though it's still not finished. Honestly I can't wait for it to be done!
