Karen at the front desk is enough said. Jennifer I believe was her name… the owner… stalking kids at the pool asking questions and they had our bands on in order to swim but I have pics and videos of others NO BANDS and no room. We were celebrating our daughter being home for a day because Hiltons pool was down. But Karen was rude about the whole situation and the owner as well. There are rules in place and I understand but to harass people. No. You are those type people.

This hotel had availability, Clean, the staff was courteous. The continental breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing I did not like is the fact there was only one luggage carrier in the whole place and it was not available.

Nice front lobby. Night shift woman was nice. Room was clean. Needs a light upon entering as it was too dark. The bed was great and so were the linens. Bathroom was fine. Hot water pressure good. The hair dryer blew a fuse and sparks blew out of it. Scared the heck out of me. Needless to say it broke. Left before breakfast. I'd stay here again.

What a wonderful experience with our breakfast this morning. Our breakfast hostess was on top of everything....clearly enjoying her job and taking pride in it. She greeted every guest happily and started our day with good food and service!
