Ordered gas on the 8th Jan came and filled the tanks 3 days later unhooked the tanks and left a note in the door locked until checked for leaks because they were empty was home at the time never tried to get a hold of anyone just put note in the door and left called and called still no response no heat in home just couple electric heaters been 2 weeks sorryest company I dealt with last time I will do business with this company going to another company !!

Poorest service I have encountered!!! Ordered my gas over a month ago. No Gas. Money has been taken from my account. Can not get though anyone about my delivery!!! Now I’m out of gas and short 400.00 bucks!!

Made service call to Sarah, Jan 18 2018. On Monday Jan 22, I called Sarah for my service status, and I was told it would be Wednesday, Jan 24, 2018 and they would call when on their way here. NO ONE Callef And No One Came To my home as told! After no calls to me, I tried again and Sarah did not answer. So I Called Melissa at the Cedar Bluff office and I was told, “sorry about that” then put me on hold, then Came back on phone and I was assured it would now be Friday, February 2, 2018. Again, No One Called and NO Service came either! The poorest excuse for customer service I have ever encountered. NOW WHAT!

No one will return a call. What if it was an emergency and needed gas? this is why I no longer do business with them.
