Super nice People. I don't know anything about propane tanks, but was exchanging Blue Rhino tanks (20 lbs), for 19.99 a piece. These dudes filled 3 of my empty blue Rhinos, and a smaller 11lb tank for 37.00 bucks. And Ben was super nice about answering my questions. Thanks Ferrell Gas.

All propane bottles purge air as they are filled.
Recertification depends on the age of the tank. If it is too old for recertification, you can buy a brand new one at Home Depot and get it filled, or buy a used one that is already refilled.
