Blue Star was competitive with other local propane carriers for pricing. They coordinated their installation with the electrician and plumber so I could convert from electric to gas for my hot water heater and gas range. The installation was completed over a 2-day period including required inspections. Mike, the regional director for Blue Star, Eugene, made certain the job was completed timely and did much to coordinate the other tradesmen and the city inspector. Great job Mike!

I filled out a request for new service through the web site and never heard back from anyone, so I called and was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I filled out a second request online still never heard from them. My mom is an existing customer so she called for me. Three weeks later I still never received a phone call, or an email. Called Suburban Propane and received excellent service.

Blue Star Gas service technician, Ewing, was outstanding. He came to my home and figured out how to make my GE Propane range work correctly, I was frustrated with Sears repair, GE repair and no one could figure out what was the problem. Ewing was professional, caring and got the job done.! Blue Star gas has installed my fireplace insert, GE range, and Propane Stove . I would recommend them to anyone for great customer service and quick response to problems.Thank you!

Blue Star was great.They answer their phone with real live people.They were very nice, and half the price of others in town to certify a propane tank.
