I just want to start off by saying that the first time I got my car serviced last year in 2021. It was a great all around experience. The advisor we had was super helpful and made our experience really smooth. The advisor we had today was unfortunately not any of those things. Jason Alan was extremely forceful, rude and unprofessional. He kept on pushing us to get stuff done to our car that was not needed as per the manufacture manual recommends. He kept arguing his point trying to show us a list of maintenance that he thought was required, even after showing him the owners manual recommended maintenance for the mileage we had. He was just overall a terrible advisor. I hope he doesn’t do the same thing again to someone else. Highly recommend NOT coming to this location. Not to mention we got our car back with grease and oil everywhere all over the paint and the interior with hand prints. He made us never want to return.

These are the most unprofessional people I ever met. I paid over $2,500 to have my car fixed and half of the work was not done. They think because they are a big dealership, they can scam people without repercussions. They lied to me and said my brakes were okay, and also that they had replaced my battery and Valve Cover Gasket. The Valve Cover Gasket was not installed properly and my truck was still leaking oil. The battery was not replaced, and when I was on vacation, my roommate had to have it toed to firestone because the battery was dead. I come back to the dealership to have them fix the Valve Cover Gasket replaced, and Carlos the manager gives me attitude and asks if my phone was working. And why I didn't call them. Do not do business with this dealership or any for that matter. They will scam you.

Mandy and Juan treated me with kindness, integrity and patience. As an added benefit - the dealership made a donation back to the community in honor of the transaction (to the nonprofit of my choice!). No added markups, nothing but transparency. I also appreciated all the safety protocols and individual attention from the whole team. They also made me a fair offer for my trade-in. I did gobs of research and also shopped other dealers in the Bay Area, and you can learn from my experience - no need to go anywhere else. This is the best Toyota dealership in the Bay Area. One Toyota of Oakland is customer-centric - and let's be honest - that's what we deserve as customers making an important purchase. You can expect that here at One Toyota of Oakland. I love my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid, and I am so glad I was able to buy from them.

So here’s my story: I came in yesterday 11/11/21 and I spoke to Thomas Rios(gray haired guy with a tattoo on his right arm) and he told me the car needs a new air filter and he looked concerned. So me being a a valued customer, I assumed that this was a serious matter. I had a conversation with him and he said the diagnosis will be $285 and I stressed, please check for an oil change. I gave him my key and I left home. I get a call after two hours saying that there was no issue at all. The filter had some dust on it and we fixed it. So I asked him do I need to pay the full 285 if it means that there was nothing to be worried about. He said yes. And I asked him “did you do an oil change.” He said no. And he said “if I didn’t write it down then it meant you didn’t ask for it.” I laughed. Later as I’m checking out my vehicle, the maintenance required was still on. I thought okay so the least they could have done was change it. Nope. They didn’t. This was a terrible experience. Go to another Toyota.

Oil changes are less than a hundred bucks depending on if you need synthetic oil
The area is safe, I drove around a lot for a test drive and there was nothing worrying/nasty/unsafe in sight.
Yes
I don't think you can
I had a recall before on my truck, and I made an appointment just to be safe That they were going to service my truck, especially now with the pandemic
I would expect that you need to directly contact Toyota Financial Services to discuss your specific situation and needs. The dealer itself doesn't hold/service the TFS loans. Good luck!
Yes is Open today
Sorry, I can not help.
Itin, social proof of employment and savings, something between, they see credit.
Maintenance closed on Sunday. I recommend making an appointment as their maintenance department is often behind on their schedules. Oil changes take 2.5 hours plus
I would suggest you check with your insurance first , ijn some cases they might cover it. If not then look for a lock Smith that can programme keys for cheaper rates than the dealership
Express oil change is around $50 include tax. Make sure u make appointment. N no more free car Wash.
