I can only speak in the best terms possible about staff and our experience at MRI Associates - Venice MRI. Amanda helped us navigate the issues we'd had with our insurance company. She was warm, friendly, eager to help and efficient. She took the time to figure out the problem with the authorization, and immediately got the paperwork to the right department. After receiving the authorization for the MRI, Stephanie was very helpful in rescheduling our appointment. The only glitch, which was quickly resolved, came when the rescheduled MRI was only a day before the recheck at the Orthopedist's office. Normally, MRI Associates radiologists require 2 days to read the MRI and send results to the referring doctor. Amanda was able to get approval for a stat reading of the MRI so the orthopedic surgeon would have the results and we didn't need to push out the recheck appointment. These people are the best! I highly recommend them.
