I've been here on and off over the years hoping it will get better, never does. Food is always low quality with long wait times. Service is a 50/50 at best.

Parking was very limited due to the restaurant. It was very hard to get into contact with anyone with knowledge of keys for our room from reservation. The worst was the food, steaks were under cooked. Outside was seared but inside, looked like it was still mooing at you. The shrimps, mozzarella sticks, and mushrooms in the appetizer tray was over due. First bite, had a stale bland taste.

The customer service here is simply disgusting. I asked for a medium well burger, and it practically came out still mooing. After asking for a new burger, I was faced with the rudest manners I have ever seen in a human being. My experience here was awful and I advise nobody to eat here. -10/10.

Always a nice place to grab either a quick burger to go, or a nice sit-down meal with the family. The food is great and the staff has always been friendly. Beautiful location right near the water with access to everything you need for a day out on the lake. Don't forget to try the famous Pickerel Lake Iced Tea!
