After receiving an email stating I could redeem points for cheesy bread I ordered through my app. The app didn't give an option for my promo code, I figured the store manager could help me with this situation. She was very rude when I asked her for help, stating that's third party online and she has nothing to do with the promo code. Guess they threw that order away, even after I asked if I could purchase it for $5.. I started to redo the order on my app for my free bread. I must have missed the place at the bottom where it said enter promo code. Nope didn't see it, so I bring my phone into the store to see if the manager could help me. Once again she was a RUDE experience. I did figure out that i could not place that order on my app and I had to go to dominos online website to be able to enter promo code. I think it is unprofessional that the manager didn't know how to help me, was rude and made me feel she didn't want me in her store.

I wish there was a way to request an update for the delivery area. I’ve lived at the same house for over 2 years and the app still doesn’t recognize it as an available address for delivery. I always have to order a pickup in the app (to get the points) then call the store to change it to change it to delivery. Since you can’t select “pay at store” for any order greater than $20, I always have to pay in the app, then pay the delivery fee or price difference once I talk to someone.

We have ordered from Dominos many times! But NEVER AGAIN after tonight. We ordered pizza, pasta, and salad for Delivery around 8 pm. The order showed being inspected at 8:59 pm an hr. Later it was still not on the way. We called talked to one employee who cut us off and gave the phone to another employee Ashley I told her what had happened and said if the food was cold when it got here we would send it back with the driver. She got ugly and started yelling" what did you say" and gave it to the manager Zack. We explained the situation to him told him the same thing he began to whine about being short handed, told me he wouldn't give us a refund, and didn't have to listen to us and slammed the phone down!!! No one Wants to pay 40$ for cold, old, Pizza!!! A a paying customer it is not our problem or responsibility for your lack of staffing it is the managers job to communicate when there is a problem delivering an order!!!

We ordered from there tonight, and have many times. While the food was terrible compared to previous orders, I do have to say their employee Ashley is beyond nice! After receiving their survey she reached out to apologize and wanted to make things right. As a retail manager myself I have to say that their customer service skills are fantastic. That alone makes me seriously consider recruiting her!
