Probably one of the filthiest Paneras I’ve been in in a long time. Employees standing around chatting or eating. They may be 100% clean in food, but the restaurant is nasty! Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like…scary!

Ordered a chipotle avocado melt. Got home to elkmont 20 minutes away just to see that the sandwich is not right. Has tomato and onion, none of the actual stuff that goes on it. Way to pricey to not get the sandwich you actually ordered.

Barely warm soup. Ordered for dine-in but the inside was locked up tight so I had to wait in line for my order that was ready, then eat in my car. They neglected to give me the drink i ordered, and when i asked for it, they told me they were out of cups. lol. Now I see why the Athens Panera is always empty. Won't be back.

Love this Panera location. I drove to this location because the Madison location let's me down so much. Needless to say, this location did not disappoint. The food appears as if it was prepared fresh and hadn't been sitting. My baked potato soup was an off white, not the grey look that I get at the other location. I may have to keep driving out of my way.
