We have been going to Pirtles for over 15 years. It is a beautiful place but you have about a .001% on catching any fish. We just love going out there to sit in the sun and relax.

Years ago they had catfish, brims. Not sure now but its been told no good fishing spot and you will waste your money. We caught nothing in 5 hours but babies and threw them back. I still enjoy going and just may be using the wrong bait.
