The Good - Absolutely the BEST technician so far!! Not only helpful, professional, & friendly, but was the first one to give CLEAR, understandable, CORRECT sample collection instructions! Finally!! Has an elevator to the 2nd floor suite where this Quest is located. Touch screen check in, very easy to do. The scanner couldn't read the back of my insurance card, but read my license just fine. VERY large room with plenty of space, which is set up for social distancing with large, easy to read '6 feet apart' stickers on the floor, & the chairs are set up 6' apart, as well. Very, very busy, but the que of people went quickly. The Bad - The door to Quest's Suite is NOT automatic, at all. I was extremely lucky, as a very kind woman opened the door for me going in. The Ugly - More than half of the disabled parking spaces are WAY further away than the non-handicap spaces, & WAY too far for anyone with mobility disabilities to traverse!! I was quite worn out by the time I found the sole 'correct' door to get into the part of the building that actually leads you to Quest. Signage is NOT clear in parking areas, nor on the outside of the building - until you get near to the door located at the center of the building. There are multiple doors leading into the building but only ONE that will actually get you into the small lobby that leads to Quest - forewarned is forearmed.

First time I met this Quest service location , 1 Draw Tech (spanish lady mean) unprofessional service to public . I standby for service 1 hour 35 min. she took my name out, after 1 hour 30 min. waiting, I she put the Amigo on the standby list . Quest should Educate their Tech.

The technician was very unprofessional. She asked me to label the stool sample bottle with my handwriting. I've never seen any medical lab that handled a sample bottle this way in the past. I had to insist that she needed to print a label for the purpose. The sample bottle is not so dangerous to touch if you wear medical gloves and face mask. Can the technician who is supposed to open the bottle to do the test later really do the job? I really doubt it if he/she is even afraid of touching the bottle. Quest should really hire the right people who are proud of their jobs and can do the job professionally.

Well here 2 expériences ont myself great 👍 one fast and efficient - you should schedule appointment before arriving and everything will be smooth. I had great experience BUT WITH MOM it was horrible the lady was rude. I felt as I am not south Asian like vietnamien she was treating me differently or I would say my mom. But the lady was replaced by a better one. So she was much better in treatment.
