The Raatz team were quick to respond to my questions and concerns. They installed a pine wooden fence, and had the entire project completed in just a couple days worth of work. The scheduled installation date was several weeks out from the initial property inspection, but that's nothing out of the ordinary. The completed fence looks great, and the wooden gates that were installed are sturdy and easy to open and close.

I had Raatz fence install a very beautiful privacy fence and have nothing but high praise for this company. They replaced a privacy fence they originally installed for me 31 years ago. The estimate was reasonable, and everyone was on time, and actually did the job a week earlier than was scheduled. The prep crew who dug the holes and set the posts were very efficient and took great care of being careful around all my landscaping beds which are everywhere they were working. The two gentlemen that actually installed the fence were equally as professional and were very gracious when dealing with me or knocking to clarify a question. I couldn't be more pleased with the work this company has done and highly recommend them for anyone needing this service. You won't be disappointed.

I called to ask for an estimate, had to call FOUR TIMES and left two messages with no response. When I finally got a hold of them I was told to take a picture, make the measurements myself, and tell them what I want. When I told them I didn’t know what I want and that’s why I called them; I was told it would be a six month wait for an estimate. So much for trying to support a local independent business. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business.
