When my garage door jammed and refused to open I called the emergency number and after talking to the person who answered I decided that I could wait until the next.morning and scheduled the repair and analysis of the problem. They gave me the work cell number of the repairman and sent me a photo of him. I have a call blocker and I have to have a number in my contacts before the call will go through so I was glad they provided his number. The man came when he said he would and explained options, repaired the door and left. Very pleased with the results.
