Cardinal aluminum was about out by a big company M-D Building products last year. From my own experience this company is transforming Cardinal into a good not great but good place to work. Their biggest issue is pay. They can't raise wages bc of a contract in place so they decided to give a weekly $200 bonus which was nice and semi competitive with other jobs. But honesty people don't care about a contract what sounds like an excuse. They need to raise the pay point blank period. That's why they didn't get 5 stars.we don't care about a bonus raise my to be competitive with other jobs or people will keep leaving. Shot happens so if ur late one day by an hour then all the sudden your wage is now $12 an hour and that literally the lowest paying anywhere in Louisville that I know of.

Terrible. Placed an order, and 6 months later i got half of it. In order to get the other half i had to place a new full order, and after another 5 months of waiting they decided not to fill the order. They may be nice people, but they don't communicate well even within their own company, terrible estimation of times, and i warn you, they may just cancel your order and you will lose lots of sales just like i did. Also note, most positive reviews here are from their own employees, not customers
