Wanted to visit the temple on 2020 Haribodhini Ekadashi as our 77 years mother wanted to visit some Hindu temple, called them to check if they were open during Covid-19 pandemic, the priest responded saying the temple was closed but he could help to visit from the curbside. We went there and called from outside maintaining social distancing, priest opened the main entrance turned the lights on to allow us for worship. My mother was very happy to do worship.

I am a 17 year old Mexican-American and all I can say is that the people there are one of the friendliest and most humble people I've ever met. Everyone will help you get an understanding in Hinduism. Highly recommend anyone to visit and learn about Hinduism. Truly an experience I will never forget.

This is an excellent Hindu mandir. It is a great place to visit around Hindu festivals, especially Diwali. They have regular programs for children, young professionals, older men & older women. Many times in the year, the santos (saints - those who have taken vows to be in the BAPS order) visit. The murtis (icons) inside the mandir represent various divinities holy to Hindus. They have people who can explain Hinduism to you. They also have a store to purchase material about Hinduism, to practice Hinduism, & vegetarian food items & general groceries. This temple is part of the BAPS Hindu sampradaya (sect). Their Milpitas temple is larger. The Chino Hills, CA temple that is opening Dec 2012 is a mega temple with authentic Hindu temple construction.

There is no Sabha tomorrow, next Sabha will be Saturday, Jan 19 @ 4 pm. About 2nd question, I'm not sure exactly but it's in San Francisco and there are so many Indian vegetarian restaurants nearby. (Although temple is little bit on hillside but easily accessible from anywhere in San Francisco through Uber/Lyft.

You may type BAPS SWAMINARAYAN MANDIR SAN FRANCISCO in Google and find the place and then check the distance from your place.
There is. Just call the Mandir and talk to pujari and he can get you connected to the right person.
In Chino Hills near Los Angeles.
San francisco has BAPS temple and Vedant society old temple only AFAIK. But if you are interested in traveling a bit bay area has all beautiful temples. Especially Milpitas and san jose has Haveli, Baps, sai baba, jain derasar, south indian temples.
Contact San Jose BAPS mandir. They have a large store and they may take orders. Find the phone no from the website.
Sorry I am not aware of it. Find the phone no to contact the priest directly.
Sorry. No rooms to stay.
Looks like just 10 mins drive from temple to exa corporation. And yes although there is no accommodation at Temple, there are so many options to stay. Check Airbnb too.
7.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. & 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. with some closures for Thakorji thaal. You may even find the timings on baps. org.
There is no facility for residing at the temple for guests. But there is a very good motel named Chino Hills. You can stay there.
