Excellent down-lake wind protection. 2 camp sits on each side (up and down lake) so you can usually pick one out of the wind. Has pit toilet, fire rings with grills, and tent pads. Several trees big enough and close enough for setting up hammocks.

Easy place to reach from 25 mile creek but probably the most crowded. Lots of better spots up lake. Very windy here. Edit: also be wary of snakes here as they commonly sun themselves here.

Well, technically, you could overland hike to it. But no trails pass by.
Yes, for almost all of the boat in campgrounds there is no running water. There is a parks service pdf with more specifics.
