This is a top-notch company. I've had my car alarm and car sound system installed here. They are very professional and knowledgeable! They stand behind any and all work performed by their experienced installers. They have plenty of stock on hand for various installations. I have been a happy customer for over 5 years and look forward to many years ahead. I just had my electrical wiring harness refreshed. Christian did a wonderful job. My engine compartment looks so much better than it did. The staff is very approachable and friendly. I will be back soon getting a refresher for my sound system and for installation of a new dashboard.

The owner lied on the phone that they have collision avoidance product in-store in order for me to visit the store. When I did, they had no product or similar ones.

Worst service I have ever received . Purchase a head unit on 14th December through their online website was quoted shipping coast of $60which I accepted then was asked to pay an additional $100 after the confirmation email was sent. One week past with no reply to my emails .after one week I received an email saying the owner would get back to me. After numerous emails and messages to their Facebook page aswell. I had no reply to any of them. I then had to get a friend that lives in the USA to call them .they said that Mike would call him back and once again he did not they also said they do not ship overseas even though they have a country drop down menu and quoted for shipping !!!!. 6 weeks have past no reply no refund and no goods. After my friend calling for the second time he finally got them to refund me with no explanation or apology. Worse service I have ever had .

Best Car Audio store hands down some people complain about price but hey I am a firm believer in cheap work ain’t good and GOOD WORK AINT CHEAP! So think about that for a second. And as for the Customer service Mike and Matt have great communication this is my go to place for car audio!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST!
