I paid $290 for them to replace the screen on my Apple Watch. 4 days after I got it back, I was in the pool and it quit working. They didn’t seal it property and water got in, ruining the watch! When I took it and they said their warranty does not cover water damage. I said the water damage was from them not doing the repair properly. I’ve had several Apple Watch’s and have swam hundreds of miles wearing one. I’ve never had a problem with them. The employee said Apple watches are not waterproof, only water resistant. I will never let return to any of their stores if they cannot stand behind their workmanship.

Stopped in earlier today to have a new screen protector put on, Derik went above and beyond, cleaned the phone port, and case for me to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend. Thanks, Derik!

Had an issue with charging port and earpiece speaker, tech gave it a quick cleaning, back in action, exceptional service, used them 4-5 years ago, great then too.
