Shout out to the HELLA rude girl with the 2 ponytails similar to Princess Leia. "Might be Claire", per her colleague. She decided today was a good day to be Rudy Pants and speak highly aggressively because I parked in the wrong spot... in an empty parking lot. Been coming here for years and I'm disabled so I parked in the closest spot. Well I realized I forgot something and had to park at the end of the lot, with more people, in spot 15 - the disabled spots that's hard to walk from with chronic knee pain (to name a few ailments). California Collectives around the corner is much better with. The staff and security here at Caliva, MUST think their stuff don't stink. And I don't mean the meds. Poor dude who delivered my package to walk all the way to stall 15 in 77° weather. Thanks "Claire". You're a 🌟 👎. Not what you say it's how you say it!!!!

On 7/11/22 I purchased an eight from here. When I finally opened my jar that night it looked like half of it was missing! I weighed it and sure enough they only gave me 1.87 grams. I paid nearly $60. I've never been so ripped off by a dispensary. The manager said he couldn't do anything and they couldn't reassure me that it wouldn't happen again. Beware buyer!!!

Excellent customer service and delivery. I received my first delivery today. Ordering online was easy with a quick confirmation of my order. There's an option to follow the progress of each order from placing the order to packing it to assigning a driver to out for delivery and you can follow the progress of the driver on a map once it is out for delivery. The prices are great. The driver was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Caliva for your cannabis delivery needs.

The delivery driver was amazing. Very courteous respectful and professional. The only reason I gave four stars was because I didn’t want it to affect the delivery driver otherwise I would’ve given one star for the use of the app not working properly trying to get a hold of technical support not really giving a rhyme or reason why what’s going on and was told that IT was working for a better experience which I’ve heard time and time again. The ordering part from the app and even off of the web are horrendous and horrible but the drivers and staff are fantastic. So five star rating for the driver but a one star for execution on ease of ordering.

Edit: I've since seen every tender wipe down before me in recent visits. Caliva's COVID practices are just ok. This is the only place that actually makes you take down your mask before entering. I don't see anyone wiping stuff down in between guests but thats probably because we aren't touching anything (or shouldnt be at least). Socially distancing is implemented.
