Time, proper hydration, diet & exercise...having said that, alternatives like synthetic urine (powdered form) via delivery system ie. The Wizzinator(sp?)/mini-shampoo bottle, are most successful, yet also have biggest risk of discovery due to size/monitoring requirements etc. The next option after up substitution would be dilution, essentially "watering down" your sample so you pass without revealing anything potentially damming, or that would warrant further inquiry. Products for this include H2O in gallon to bloated uncomfortable degrees, bottled otc quick flush +vitamin drinks,etc. Imperative to address specific gravity along with sample color and temp. Making substitution a far better choice with added piece of mind from knowing once the sample is accepted your good to go and free to stop stressing.
They have rly good flower, havnt been there in a bit but the Gio pods are rly RLY good, and if u need to get super stoned u can get some care by design gel tabs... 1000 mg a bottle... take 3 and forget about it ^_-
