Quarter pounder deluxe was supposed to have lettuce and tomato. Just had cheese and onion. Almost like a cheese burger. Fries were greasy like they had been sitting for a while. A 5.00+ hamburger should be more than a cheese burger!

Visited winchester McD's on June 16, 2022, I was over charged on my meal the happy meal was over charged by 1 dollar and a dollar drink rang up for $1.29. When I asked about it the person in charge said it was due to inflation and tax, I said your menu for a happy meal says 4.49 you charged me 5.49 and the menu says any drink 1.00 and you charged me 1.29, she started the same answer again about inflation and tax and was quite rude about it and said she could not refund anything since I already had my meal paid for. typical customer service.

I ordered a chicken nugget Happy Meal and a medium fry. I got ask to go to the second window which was fine. However during the next 10 minutes, four or five cars or more received their order and was able to leave. When the unhappy looking little short haired chick with a backpack brought it to me, it was cold. there definitely needs to be some work on the evening/night crew or help added except the girl yal have had in the money window. She is always in that window and does great.

It’s $#!++¥ McDonald’s so I didn’t really expect much. But I expected more than this. McChicken was stale. The patty was hard , the bottom bun was hard. Mayo looked like it was left out for a while. None of the lettuce was edible. You said you were waiting on fries, but my fries were cold when I got them. If you want to make $15 an hour, then please ACT like you want $15/hr. Try answering your phones. I’ve had to contact corporate on this store before, and looks like I’ll be doing it again since the managers must be slacking if the employees are.
