From the very first phone call, the staff was kind and knowledgeable. We even got to talk to the manager and owner who helped us with a community program for over an hour. We will definitely be using Hobby Town again for presents and toys but also crafts, paints and tools. The isles are clean and well stocked, the staff are always there to help you find what you need right away. I wish all stores were like this- the best.

I drove all the way to this store as I cannot find a Radio Shack anymore. I walked in and asked for parts. My son asked some questions and the guy walked away to go talk up front. I went back 3 times kept asking questions. It’s so bad when someone needs help with items and they don’t know where they are. Why are you working if you don’t want to do anything. Find another hobby store.

Tim, You are welcome to bring in your nitro truck, we can look it over and give you advice, no charge. We offer a repair service for Traxxas brand nitro's only. We charge $50 per hour labor plus parts. Typically you leave the nitro truck with us and it takes about 1-2 weeks to get it back to you. Thanks for asking.
We do not provide drone lessons. If you want to fly the larger drones we suggest Dart Drones for training. They can be found via Google. Thanks for checking,
