Overall it was a great experience, sales person was great and the finance manager Paul Vilca was amazing. He really took care of me and all my needs on my new vehicle. I definitely recommend anybody that is looking for a new or pre-owner Audi to go see this guys at Audi Fairfield

Disingenuous and inflexible. Promoted a lease special on their website but would refuse to honor it. Twisted in knots when pressed on explaining why they would not honor it. Tries to take advantage of firs time customers.

Webster does not have enough enthusiastic, positive adjectives to describe my service experiences with Audi of Fairfield. I have had 2 minor issues (service lights on) that prompted a call to service, both times Michael Perkowski (he is a rock star!) was able to squeeze me in even though their day was fully booked. DJ the service manager is also amazing! Both times they ran diagnostics and had me out quickly. Best service experiences in my driving life!!!

Alex Kearney was great and super knowledgeable about the Audi etron electric SUV. As a former Tesla owner I was skeptical about making the change and had many questions that Alex was able to quickly answer. From the first day he was super transparent and patient with me as I really tried to understand the differences between Tesla and Audi. Even after the sale, Alex has been responsive to my many questions and was able to quickly help me when I accidentally locked myself out of the myAudi app! I really appreciated working with him and would definitely recommend him and Audi to my friends and family who are considering an Audi EV!
