I can not express the level of service that I have received from these folks. In particular, Micheal Keklik has been more than amazing getting my Sprinter to me on time and 100% on point! He and his team go above and beyond always! No need to go anywhere else!

Amazing experiencing working with Ramon Rivera as my salesman. From the moment I purchased my brand new car he was very pleasant and informative. In my past experiences salesmen would forget about you after they’ve already gotten the sale. But not Ramon, he called, followed up, and was friendly the entire time. He asked how I’m enjoying the car and was enthusiastic when I shared the tints that I would be doing, and he was very helpful in coordinating my service appointment. He is an effective communicator and when he promises to follow up he does in a timely manner. I am grateful for this experience and would highly recommend working with Ramon. 5 stars because of my experience working with him, and also because of the cleanliness and the staff that I interacted with during my experience.

I brought my 2002 E320 in for service April 15, 2014. The service advisor Matthew Pikul was professional and most helpful, he kept in touch with me the 2 days my car was being service to let me know the problems with my vehicle, and Gonzo & Matthew gave me advice what I can do to get it fix, and save money; the mechanic Gonzo Ugarte spent time trying to find the problems with my vehicle and was able to figure out the most reasonable way of serving my car and getting to get it back on the road safely. These guys Gonzo and Matthew are very honest.

Make sure to bring in your vehicle’s title or pay-off information, valid registration papers, driver’s license and any keys to the vehicle.
