Hitchcock’s is an awesome store to visit, shop, and get your saws/generators/lawn equipment repaired. I’ve bought used and reconditioned saws from them that worked great, as well as reconditioned chains. They always take the time to help trouble shoot a problem. And they have a great sense of humor. Love this place.

Owner's indifference toward his customers was something that I had not experienced or felt since the 70's. I brought in my power washer for repair, he said it will be ready in a few days, took 4 trips and a whole month to get my machine back, he said it was just an oil change that was done and charged me $85- to get my machine back.

I went in to Hitchcocks for the first time on 3/5. The chain on my chainsaw needed to be replaced. I was kinda in a hurry and was just trying to avoid the place (unnamed) on Lincoln Ave. The long time owner was great. He replaced and repaired my chainsaw while I waited. If we want these old time establishments to be around we need to bring them our business. The owner has an amazing can do attitude. I will definitely be back. Thanks again
