When I got to the window to pay, I was told they just dropped my nuggets - pull forward and we will bring them out to you. After 25 minutes, I received my order of 24 nuggets, large fry, 1 biscuit - $18+ ; when I get home 30 miles away, I find that I only have 14 nuggets….

My experience at Store #3790 were explicit!!! I mean it were the best. Parking lot were clean, as I entered the store, I experienced nothing but great hospitality, welcoming me to their store. The store were cleaned and smelled awesome. Everyone had on mask and there were sanitizing stations on board. My order were done with such good hospitality, it didn't take no time to get it prepared, what I ordered were good and hot. They thanked me for my order and welcomed me back.

The customer service was good. I walked in and it had a stench that was almost unbearable. I look to the back and the kitchen is not the cleanest. The floors were very slick due to grease build up and not cleaning. The bathrooms were even gross. I am not sure if I want to know what the back kitchen looked like. 🤢🤢

One of the best Popeye's in the area. The employees are courteous and great at customer service. The food is prepared with actual concern about presentation instead of being old or a thrown together order. This location should teach the Popeye's in SENATOBIA a thing or two...starting with attitude. Great job, guys.
