This is a 55 yrs. and over Senior Mobile Home Park its maintained very nicely, seems to be a very nice and quiet comfortable area. Family have lived here for some years now, are so happy, pleased with the Management and fellow neighbors, or should I say Friends! They offer dance classes, have many other events, fun outings throughout the year. They also have an Annual Yard Sale in the beginning of May and many of the residents participate including my family, it seeems to be very eventful, yet the people that come to shop mostly aren't residents and enjoy seeing all the goodies, some handmade crafts, keepsakes as it just depends on what you are looking for, so come and checkout Sun Meadows and enjoy all they have to offer if you choose to be a resident, if not come out to the Annual Yard Sale this May and see what treasures are waiting for you!

They depend on the size of the lot. Mines is in the middle. I pay 550/month. Keep in mind the utilities are less than outside this neighborhood. My bill for electricity in the worst heat was 220. When I lived down the street in another neighborhood it was 750 for electricity. Bottom line is it is Cheaper for me to live here, but I own the home here outright

I paid cash for my house here...the big thing for me was the income they required...I had to have my mom co-sign...sign on as the qualifying leasee. The utilities are much less. And... since you don't own the land, the taxes are about $300 a year...
No, this park is for prefab modular type homes only. Not mobile homes.
