Great employees, easy and quick. Note those who give low stars and complain are the definitioin of clueless: How could one not discern or understand the difference between the recycling center and their home trash pickup? Ignore the low stars, get $$$'s for your recycling and enjoy the helpfulness and smiles of the employees there.

What a HORRIBLE service they provide. UNFORTUNATELY they are the only game in town so we have to suffer they worthless service. 5 WEEKS IN A ROW they promised to pickup 2 bulky items at my house, and they NEVER SHOW UP TO PICK UP THE ITEMS... 5 WEEKS IN A ROW!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been trying to get a trash can replaced since Monday, did not get done,was told it would get done on Tuesday, did not get done, again I was told the next day(which is today)did not get done, now it is supposed to be tomorrow, was told there supply was late, why wasn’t I told this before. Bad customer service. Feel like I am getting the runaround from them.

Yes just make sure everything is separated cans with can, plastic with plastic, and glass with glass. As well make sure it has CA CRV or CA refund on it.
I've heard that if you use some bleach, this'll help eliminate the odor anything else not wanted inside of your trash can .
You can bring them to burrtec. But you usually don't get paid. If they don't take them, call auto parts stores. Good luck.

I think so . It's difdi to reach them on the phone but if you're patient you should be able to get thru to them. Check also with the City you live in. They are having recycle days again. Things are starting to open up again
