This company doesn't care about their customers. I bought a brand new mower package and the mower broke down with 2.3 hours on it " pouring oil and gasout of the muffler ". After I called them " 6 times "and informed them of the issues they asked me to bring the mower back to them that they might be able to get it fixed " a 6 hour round trip " . With the mower still being under warranty I decided to take it to another repair shop locally and they said that the manufacturer let something in the carb that caused the problem " Husqvarna MADE IN CHINA 🇨🇳 SO IT'S JUNK " . When I told Shoals this they basically called me a liar " I spoke to Eric and stated that the repair shop that I had taken the mower to didn't know what they were talking about " . I would not recommend this company or Husqvarna " MADE IN CHINA " to anyone!

I’m not going to go into detail about what happened to our brand new lawn mower.... BUT I will go into detail about how amazing the service dept was!!!!!!! Jonathan and (I believe Chuck was his name) were beyond amazing! Calm! Kept me updated!!!!! I went from beyond angry/stressed/crying to being treated like we mattered! I’ll forever be thankful! Our lawn mower works now! My yard is mowed! All is good! Thank you guys again!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend that you do business with Shoals Outdoor Sports. Kyle Mitchell will post your picture on Facebook without your permission. I specifically told him that I wanted a Polaris Extended Warranty and He did the paperwork for a Torque Extended Warranty. There was supposed to be a speaker system with my side by side and there was not. Erik Ferguson had to be contacted and he has lied about the whole deal. He would not allow me to talk with the owner and I was hung up on. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SHOALS OUTDOOR SPORTS AGAIN. They do not deserve a one star.

Awesome place with lots of options to choose from and great prices with no fees! I bought my used ranger crew here from Chris Nunley and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and he was even able to have the service department add some accessories to the machine while I waited. I highly recommend coming here to get a SxS if you are in the market.
