Everytime I come here they forget something in my bag or there chicken is old and cold. Then you have to go back through drive through. Then some people don't want their biscuits to taste like chicken so the restaurant just piles the greasy chicken on biscuits without asking

Placed an order that included a drink. After paying and receiving my order, the drink was missing. Asked about the drink, was told very confidently a drink was not included in the combo I ordered. Just checked on the website, and the combos do in fact come with a drink. It would have taken 15 seconds at most to fix the mistake.

Food great, asked for honey mustard, employee said"its in the bag" not only was is not there, napkins plastic warehouse napkins and straws weren't included. When asked manager stated, we are short staffed. Hmm higher prices worse service a recipe for problems!!

I love the chicken here. However the last few times the chicken is good but the service hasn't been as good as it used to be. Just today I ordered a 12 piece family meal spicy dark meat and Cajun fries and red beans and rice as my 2 sides. Well when I get home I noticed that I didn't get dark I got mixed. And I didn't get my red beans and rice. Also when I ordered for spicy chicken it wad like they were trying to discourage me from ordering it said it was going to be a 10 minute wait for the spicy all dark. But when I get to the window it was only a few minutes. So I was disappointed with those things.
