Me & my family of 5 went to skyzone yesterday , June 10th , 2022. We purchased tickets at 7:15 & were told we couldn’t jump until 8 (glow jump). We weren’t told we had to purchase “Glow Shirt” at the time our transaction took place. So , at 8 when we arrived back at skyzone , the kids jumped for 30 minutes until the workers told my kids they HAD TO HAVE glow shirts to “jump” remember, no one told us this at the time of purchasing tickets at 7 or when we arrived back at 8… We were then asked to LEAVE after paying 109.00 to jump. My kids we so sad & my little boy with autism was confused. We were refunded 21.00 & kicked out of skyzone. The only black family there (US)had to leave but none of the other families were asked to leave. & there were 3 or 4 other kids without glow shirts still jumping. Im not sure if my kids with disabilities were annoying the parents or staff but this is unacceptable. We will NEVER go back to skyzone in Florence. & the manager did nothin but take up for her staff even though she was not there last night.

So much fun for little man! Enjoy the hour with kids around his age to ensure his safety.

My kids had a great time! The workers are always nice, helpful and even help play with younger kids. My daughter hurt her mouth but she was okay buy the worker went out of her way to get her a pack of ice. It was just nice that she cared. Customer service is a big deal to me since I work for Publix. We will definitely be regular jumpers.
