If my mom brings me and a friend (both under 18) does she have to pay to watch us jump? Or is there an area she can sit and wait?

You only pay if you are going to jump. There are bleacher seats and some tables/chairs to wait at.

No, She does not have to pay. She can seat and watch.

Parents are free to roam around and watch their children. There are several places to sit down to wait.
