Worst experience at an auto zone. The person that was suppose to be helping me and my family with a battery issue wasn't helpful at all. Made me feel dumb and felt that he was trying to rip me off by adding additional items that I didn't want or asked. Also he mentioned about a 2yr warranty battery then all of a sudden he didn't have it in stock and that Auto Zone didn't make it either. I had a discount coupon from Auto Zone website and he said that it didn't work but all he did as I watched him was just type in the code in the search bar instead of clicking the discount button on the right of the screen and use the drop down menu. I'm a rewards member but unfortunately I have to take my business elsewhere.

Had to go buy parts for my truck. Had great experience spoke with a man named Will he is a great guy helped me with everything i needed was a super nice man very helpful. I will be going back to this auto zone for all my auto parts needs in furture.
