Worst delivery experience. Tried to get more information on my window of delivery time due to an unexpected family emergency arising. This was the last thing planned before needing to travel 20+ hours. After calling 3 times within window given the day before, asking if there was an update on delivery time or more information they could provide, one lady stated they can't contact them while they do deliveries. When it came time to my window closing and 30 mins before the entire store closed (Im panicking and frustrated bc if it can't be delivered I need to reschedule) one very smug entitled lady had the nerve to GASLIGHT me saying delivery was delayed bc 3 attempts to contact me failed, which was a huge LIE. Delivery men confirmed no call was made due to their equipment not having service. Delivery men deserve a trophy. They were very fast getting furniture in and telling me to have a safe trip. Very kind who had better customer service skills than the ladies there. Delivery men deserve equipment that works so they can be contacted and make calls to customers when they are coming to deliver and not be thrown under the bus. Also, couch was supposed to be sprayed and recieved no warranty information. All was a big mess where I was treated like second class citizen to the ladies there after dropping thousands. Would have spent 1k more to go somewhere else.

Arrangement of furniture makes it very easy to look around. Sales people were informative and very helpful. Big variety in prices and style. Most can be taken home immediately or delivery.

Staff was very reluctant to help. Had what we wanted in stock but with some minor issues. Told us to buy it then take a hair dryer to address issues. When I asked them to do it they said they don’t do that or have hair dryers. Imagine, a furniture store that can’t address minor repairs.Business must be great because they don’t really seem eager to sell. Manager was flippant about if any more items were coming in. We said thanks anyway. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, bet their service after the sale is non-existent as well. Frustrating to say the least. Called first. Drove an hour out of the way with intent to purchase. Left aggravated.

Great selection, beautiful variety of furniture and very reasonable prices! All employees very nice and helpful. They were practicing safe COVID procedures, too. Great place!
