I notice the bar doesn’t take cash. But otherwise a great experience for music, good and drink. Helpful service.

Somehow all my favorite bands are always playing at Lodge Room. Must be the bookers I guess. There are multiple places to drink during shows — a bar in the show area, a bar in the merch area, and the adjacent Checker Hall (which you can get into if you have a Lodge Room ticket). I love the layout of the space because I can mosh up front or sit back and chill. The sound and levels are always good too.

Came here for the first time last night to see ‘Misa Negra’. Very nice spot to see a show, very classy decor and very intimate. There is a separate bar/dining room apart from the music hall that is super elaborately decorated. Music wasn’t too loud. Parking is easy to find just across the street. Would definitely like to see more bands here.

I’ve been to hundreds of concerts so it’s surprising that it took me this long to go to this venue. It definitely felt like a weird venue to me (in a good way). It’s spacious enough to not feel cramped but it also felt intimate. They also have a bathroom really close to the stage so if you get the urge you can go and be back to the stage without missing much. The sound was pretty great, no overpowering and distorted bass like at a lot of venues. The only semi-negative thing is that they don’t have a parking lot so you will need to drive around the streets to find a spot to park.

I think it depends on the show. There were a couple of kids at the comedy show we saw.
I haven't seen a handicap accessible entrance but I would call to make sure, the staff is very nice. Capacity is about 200
Get vaccinated. Any worries you have about vaccine effects are nothing compared to the virus itself.
I'm near certain you can buy tickets in person. I saw them being vended at a show there not too long ago.
Yes.
no. there are no backpacks or outside food or beverage allowed. the only place to leave a backpack is to hide it somewhere outside, but there are people who will probably find it. alternatively, if you can fit what you need into a purse or purse-like bag, they should allow you in with it. they allow women to bring purses in (i am assuming because of your name that you identify as male; apologies if I am mistaken), so it would be rather sexist if non-women were not allowed to carry a similar thing.
No
No. It's California.
No seating at all at this venue unless you visit the restaurant.
I would think they're chill enough to allow that but I can't say for sure.
Some people sat on the floor while waiting for the band to come on.
It’s a residential area, very unlike Hollywood or Downtown L.A. so if you’re late or get there on time, even if parking lots are full, there’s more parking a few blocks away going west.
