Charles is a great a responsive person. He kept me informed throughout the pre sales, sales and installation process. They handled the permits, meeting the HOA Requirements, scheduling the inspection. The installation crew are fantastic. They arrived prepared and great attitudes. They prepare the house to minimize the dust and mess when replacing my old windows. Everything was covered daily. All of the debris carried away. They went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied..I thank the crew for an awsome job. Charles came by after the job was finished. Took a couple of items back with him to adjust. I am sure they will be handled . Thanks for a great job! I will highly recommend this company ans CHARLES.

I would give higher rating if possible. The receptionist was polite, set up an appointment for Juan to take a look at all of the windows and doors in my house, about 20 years old, were not opening and closing properly. Juan was professional and efficient, knew exactly how to do the adjustments. They’re now as good as new. I should had called R and S years ago.
