Horrible! Was the only patient in the place and still waited 30 minutes to be seen. There’s a sign hanging up in the back that says “PS: it’s all about you” Trust me, it’s not. Avoid this place if at all possible! There’s no one in this office that is concerned about the patients.

The staff was nice however be mindful of billing if you go in for a COVID test. They code for an office visit and a COVID test. Spoke to my insurance company who also didn’t understand why it was coded this way. I’ve been back and forth with billing for a couple of months and the last statement was “The office visit from the date of service…can’t be removed” after I’ve explained I only came in for a rapid test. I guess the doctor coming in to provide the results on a sheet of paper is now considered an office visit. SMH!!! To me this is not being transparent with patients and falsifying what truly took place.

Very underwhelmed with this place. Came in to be seen, get called back with four other people at once, she puts us all in separate rooms and immediately goes to Covid test me without even knowing what my symptoms were, she had a swab in hand for each room. I proceed to tell her I think I have strep not Covid, she swabs my throat and leaves. The doctor comes in to tell me I’m strep positive, doesn’t look at my ears, throat, listen to my chest or take my temp. I only gave three star because they were friendly enough but what??

I randomly chosen urgent care in Mount Juliet because it was close to home and AFC was my choice because the orthopedic would not see me because of my injury. The building was very clean and convenient to get to the office manager Tara was so incredibly nice and helpful she explained all of the paperwork quickly and thoroughly has not to waste my time and was very genuine with her comical attitude. I did not have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes and upon seeing the doctor Robert he was very informative about injuries that I wasn't even going there to be seen for so much more informative it's in the original doctor to where I was able to make a logical choice on what to do with that issue but not just that but the issue at hand and wish I was there for he showed me pictures of other patients and what had happened to them and what they had done to choose their outcome to become well again. The biggest accommodation I must say is that they all work together as a team and everybody knew their job and they all were good at it I would definitely recommend these folks to everybody because I was treated like a person and not a cow with a number around his head. I hope this helps with folks out there if they need an urgent care take care and let these folks take care of you too.
