Vista community clinic is a crock! They prescribed me three months of hypertension medication and then when it came time for a refill they tried to make me pay for a televisit. I informed them I didn’t have insurance at this time and wanted to know what the visit would cost, they led me on for days about a discount plan. Once they said I didn’t qualify for the discount it would be $100 for the visit and someone would let me know if there would be an extra charge after the visit, since no one was even going to touch me and I was only getting a prescription refill I figured it would just be the $100 (as if that wasn’t bad enough) but the. After she took my payment said the supervisor would call o tell me the rest of the charge after my visit! Wth?! Why would you be charging me more??? This is a medication you prescribed me at this location, one you should not stop taking cold Turkey. They don’t care about anything but that $$$ guys. Watch out

When I first started going here it was fine but lately it’s been a mess. The staff are nice. But trying to do anything at VCC is just stressful. Whether you need to speak to someone, make an appointment, get a prescription, ask your DR a question, use the online patient portal or anything, it is near impossible. I don’t wanna hear COVID excuses for poor service any more. This place is so unorganized & ran so poorly.

Every single one of their clinics are unorganized and confused. They need to restructure their entire system. I can never get in contact with anyone who can actually help me. Go to a real doctors office. This place treats you like cattle

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. If you have tricare, call and switch to another clinic. Terrible clinic, terrible bedside manor & customer service. Gross dirty clinic. Couldn’t help but notice how majority of the staff had long bedazzled finger nails. Saw Maria Zamora-Flyr and she did an awful job at easing any concerns I had.
