My friend and I visited Maine and while we accidentally made the car reservation for the wrong date, Paige at Enterprise really came through and got us something to use for our weekend trip. Upon returning the vehicle we called several taxi services and all went to voicemail. We decided to call enterprise for a local recommendation and Paige, yet again, came through and her first recommendation answered right away and we got a ride scheduled. She is very pleasant, has great customer service skills, and really made our experience enjoyable and stress free!

Quick, easy, painless. I've rented a lot of cars for business travel, but the company I worked for didn't deal with Enterprise directly. After this experience, I will only use Enterprise for my car rental needs. We needed a rental car to literally go car shopping and I called other rental company competitors and just getting through to someone was a task and very annoying. The Enterprise office in Biddeford, Maine was incredible and I was able to drop off my rental car in Nashua, NH where we picked up our new car. One easy call and everything was taken care of for us and Enterprise just came and got our rental. Never ever renting from them again. They are scam artist. Tried giving us a car in horrible condition, then upgraded us to a car that had just been returned. It smelt of weed and was covered in crumbs. Then gave us all these hidden fees in the end. Worst experience ever at an enterprise. Do not rent from these crooks.
